What we can't clean

  1. Hazardous Materials: This includes asbestos, mold, lead paint, or any other potentially harmful substances. Professional remediation is needed for these.
  2. Biohazards: Blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials.
  3. Pest Infestations: Such as heavy roach or bed bug infestations. A professional exterminator would be more appropriate for these concerns.
  4. High Ceilings and Light Fixtures: Without the proper equipment, these areas are out of reach and can pose safety concerns.
  5. Exterior Windows: Especially if they are above ground level.
  6. Carpet Deep Cleaning: While we can vacuum, specialized equipment and techniques are needed for deep stains or steam cleaning.
  7. Valuable Items: Like antiques, art, or fragile collectibles, unless specifically agreed upon.
  8. Wet Walls or Wet Paint: Cleaning may damage the paint or wall.
  9. Broken or Damaged Items: We avoid items that are already broken or show signs of wear to prevent further damage.
  10. Electrical Equipment & Devices: Due to the risk of damage or electrocution.
  11. Pets and Animals areas: We cannot be responsible for cleaning pets area or moving animals.
  12. Areas with Unsecured Items: If a space has loose or unsecured items that might pose a danger, it's best to avoid cleaning that area.
  13. Children's Rooms without Prior Permission: We respect the privacy of younger family members.
  14. Sensitive Documents or Areas: Like personal papers, office documents, safes, or locked areas.
